We call on the Canadian government to fulfill their promise to grant permanent status to undocumented workers, many of whom have lived, worked, paid taxes and contributed to the country for decades.
We demand to stop the deportations and detentions while the process of creating a Regularization Program is taking place.
As we seek to address the precarious and vulnerable situations of migrants in Canada, we call on Canada and other countries to stop legitimizing the export of labour and guest worker programs as the solution to the economic problems experienced by countries all over the world.
